Service Description
One on one consultation to design a training plan that is well suited, achievable and sustainable. Includes health & fitness assessment, nutrition analysis, goal setting, and two 45 minute private sessions. A staff member will contact you to schedule.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule private lessons or adult fit classes, please contact us prior to 24 hours of appointment time. Late cancellations (24 -12 hrs before start time) will be charged 50%. No shows will be responsible for 100% of payment. *Cancellations after 8pm the evening proceeding a class are considered "No Shows". Example: Start of booked event is 8am. Cancellation between 8am and 8pm the day before is a late cancel. Cancellation at 8:01pm the evening before is a no show. *Specialty classes and private bookings require pre-payment. The same cancellation policy will apply.
