Includes two 45 minute sessions and is booked on an individual basis. The goal is to create the right plan for the individual that is well suited, achievable and sustainable.
Summer Passes, including Flexibility, must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel or reschedule private lessons or adult fit classes, please contact us within 24 hours of appointment time. Late cancellations will be charged 50%. No shows will be responsible for 100% of payment.
